Refund Policy
StarBJD does not accept refunds for any paid orders. Please read carefully before placing an order.
Return Policy – Damaged or Incorrect Items Only
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

The item is damaged upon arrival.

You received an incorrect item.
To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at [service@starbjd.com], providing clear photos or videos as evidence. Our team will assess the situation to determine if your return is eligible. All returns are subject to discussion and approval.
Please note:

Do not discard the original box or packaging materials.

Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Items sent back to us without prior return approval will be rejected.
If your return is approved, we will provide:

A return shipping label.

Instructions on how and where to send the package.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds only apply to the product cost. The original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not included in the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the correct item is to process a return for the damaged or incorrect item (after approval) and place a new order.
Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for banks or credit card companies to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you haven’t received it, please contact us at [service@starbjd.com].
Important: Refunds apply only to the product amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation Policy (Including Pre-Orders)

For paid orders, if you request a cancellation or refund (including pre-order items), we will charge 30% of the total order amount as a cancellation fee.

For layaway orders, cancellations are not allowed after your 1st payment. The first payment/down payment is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you insist on canceling a layaway order, an additional 15% of the total order amount will be collected on top of the non-refundable 1st payment.
Note: Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances, including order cancellations.
